Getting to Know Soil and Food: The JK Club Eco Farm

The JK Club eco farm sits in the natural surroundings of Pui O on Lantau Island. The farm is built around sustainable agriculture and nature education, and we hope to help more people understand the connection between soil, food and nature.

Enzyme-Based Growing

The farm uses naturally fermented plant enzymes to nourish the soil, improving soil activity and microbial diversity. This approach improves soil structure, reduces the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides, and gives crops a healthier environment to grow in.

Farm Tours

Our tours introduce different crops and how they grow, explain how enzyme-based growing works, show the natural cycles on the farm, and let visitors try farming and harvesting for themselves. Tours are suitable for school nature education, families, teams and corporate groups.

Seasonal Crops

The farm grows a range of seasonal vegetables, such as tomatoes, beetroot and sweetcorn. Some of our produce is available to buy at event markets and farm days.
