Eco Farm

JK Club’s Eco Farm is set in the natural landscape of Pui O, Lantau Island. Guided by sustainable farming and ecological education, the farm promotes healthy growing methods and helps visitors understand the relationship between land, food and nature. Through enzyme-based cultivation, hands-on farming and guided tours, visitors can experience natural agriculture and learn practical ways to live more sustainably.

Enzyme-Based Growing

Our farm uses enzyme-based growing, using naturally fermented plant enzymes to nourish the soil, improve soil health and microbial diversity, and help crops grow in a healthier environment.

This approach aims to:

• Improve soil structure and biodiversity

• Reduce the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides

• Improve crop quality and nutritional value

• Support sustainable, circular agriculture

By working with natural fermentation and the land, we aim to build a healthier, more sustainable model of farming.

Farm Tours

JK Club offers guided Eco Farm tours that introduce visitors to the farm’s daily work and ecological growing methods.

Tours include:

• Learning about different crops and how they grow

• Exploring enzyme-based growing methods

• Observing farm habitats and natural cycles

• Taking part in farming and harvesting

Eco Farm tours are suitable for:

• School ecology programmes

• Family nature experiences

• Team-building and corporate activities

• Public guided tours

Through hands-on experiences, visitors can reconnect with nature and better understand the value of food and land.

Enzyme-Grown Crops

The farm grows a variety of fresh crops using enzyme-based methods, including seasonal vegetables and produce.

Our crops are:

• Naturally grown

• Freshly harvested

• Grown without additives

• Delivered directly from the farm

Some crops are available at events and on Farm Days, giving visitors the chance to enjoy fresh produce straight from the land.
